Ticket FAQ

Tickets go on sale in February.

Eventbrite is the only verified WFFAAC Rodeo ticketing platform.

Tickets are available to purchase one of two ways:

  • online via Eventbrite

  • cash/card at the front gate

 

Can tickets be refunded or exchanged?

No. All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Can I exit the arena grounds after my ticket has been scanned?

Yes. You are stamped on your hand each night to verify your purchase of a ticket.

Is the arena grounds wheelchair accessible?

Yes. There is wheelchair accessible seating.

​

Can my baby/toddler enter for free?

Yes. Children age 3 and under can enter for free.

​

At what age is my child eligible for the discounted child ticket?

Grades K-4 will receive a discount voucher and must have in hand at the gate to be used.

Parking FAQ

How much is parking?

Parking is free at the WFFAAC Rodeo.

Is handicap parking available?

Handicap parking is available near the entrance to the rodeo grounds.

​

Rodeo Fan Entrance/Parking:

1st and 2nd exit of the round about.

Livestock Trailer & Contestant Entrance/Parking:

3rd exit of the round about.

Rodeo Event FAQ

What rodeo events will I see at the WFFAAC Rodeo?

Each night of our IPRA rodeo will feature eight rodeo events:

  • bareback riding

  • saddle bronc riding

  • steer wrestling

  • team roping

  • breakaway roping

  • tie-down roping

  • barrel racing

  • bull riding

When will I get to see the rodeo clown and specialty act performance?

Each night of out IPRA rodeo will feature entertainment from the rodeo clown and specialty act.

What is slack?

We can only allow so many contestants to compete during each rodeo performance, so we host slack to accommodate the extra entries.  Slack does not include rodeo clown or specialty act entertainment, roughstock events, or vendor shopping opportunities.

How long does the rodeo last?

Each rodeo performance typically last 2 - 3 hours.

​

Can I compete in the WFFAAC Rodeo?

Only contestants who are members of the International Pro Rodeo Association (IPRA) can compete in the WFFAAC Rodeo.

General FAQ

When do the gates open to the rodeo grounds?

Gates open every night at 5:30 PM.

Are there events for my children?

The WFFAAC Rodeo features a Mutt'n Bust'n for children that weight less than 60 pounds and want to get a taste of being a cowboy.

Inclement Weather

The WFFAAC Rodeo makes every effort to adhere to its schedule regardless of weather conditions. All events will be conducted as scheduled unless under an extraordinary situation. A notice will be published on the official WFFAAC Rodeo Facebook page if scheduled events are to change.

No refunds or ticket exchanges are provided for guests who choose not to attend for any reason, including inclement weather.
